Deepest fear inventory

Ok, this was developed as I mentioned by Carolyn Lovewell (Elliot) and frankly, it is wonderful.

She recommends reading it out loud to a person, I prefer to read mine to my flowers. They are wonderful listeners and love the attention.

The purpose is to unearth the unconscious fears that are holding you back from what you want, and it comes from her book "Existential Kink".

Write at the top of a sheet of paper (or speak directly to God as I've been doing):

Dear Universe/God/Love/Jesus whatever,

I deeply hat and resent ______________ (whatever it is that you really want)

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

because I have a deep fear that I ...

until you can't think of any more fears...

Dear Universe/God/Love/Jesus/Self, I ask that you remove these deepest fears. I pray for knowledge of your will for me and the power to carry it out. Thank you.

Then, call up a trusted fried and read this aloud to them (or the trees, or your stuffed animal or whatever).

THEN RIP THAT SHIT UP.

As Carolyn says, rip rip rip rip rip (like rest in peace?). 

Try it, it feels really good. And I found that I got braver and braver as I did it.

The gist is that you want to tell God that you deeply had a resent something you want, but can't manage to make happen. So you deeply hate and resent happy families, or wealthy people, or healthy vibrant people or WHATEVER it is that you want.
